At American Wire EDM, our CNC-operated electrical discharge machining systems are state of the art. Because EDM is highly precise, we’re able to produce military parts that meet complex specifications with a level of accuracy that traditional machining just cannot match. Our EDM machines can manufacture precision parts that match the dimensional tolerances of your designs within ± 0.0001”.

CNC (computer numerical control) operation helps us maintain and ensure the accuracy of the military parts we manufacture. Our facility houses seven Mitsubishi EDM machines; we have the capacity to handle just about any project, no matter how large or small.
